Senior Aid operates a consumer-facing informational website whose primary purpose is to offer an optional SMS alert program known as Senior Aid Medicare Promo Alerts. The program provides recurring automated updates text messages about informative Medicare promotions, discount information, and related offers.

Senior Aid is not an insurance company, insurance agency, broker, producer, carrier, underwriter, CMS, or government entity. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of insurance, a quote, a policy, underwriting, enrollment in coverage, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of rates, eligibility, savings, or benefits.

3. Eligibility

You may use this website and request SMS alerts only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and are using a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. You represent that information you submit is accurate and current.

4. SMS communications

If you complete the opt-in form and check the required consent box, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated updates text messages from Senior Aid at the mobile number you provide about informative Medicare promotions, discount information, and related offers.

• Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 per month).
• Senior Aid does not charge a fee for SMS messages; message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-in records

When you submit the form, we may create and retain an opt-in record that can include your name, mobile number, state, consent status, the exact consent language displayed at the time of submission, source URL, timestamp, user-agent information, and, in production systems, IP address. These records are used to operate the program and demonstrate consent where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or form, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with site security or operation, scraping content in an abusive manner, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. No warranties regarding outcomes

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Aid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website, inability to use the website, or receipt or non-receipt of SMS messages. 11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senior Aid and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your submission of inaccurate information, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
